Master RIECHE 必定會先進行以下四步：

i. 聆聽客戶需要，檢查及了解客戶足部問題根源

ii. 為客戶製作足部拓印，從而了解其獨特腳形

iii. 仔細觀察腳掌、足踝、膝蓋及每個關節的動態

iv. 檢查下盤是否平衡 - 足患可能會令背部及盤骨位置傾斜，都說雙腳是身體的基礎與本源 嘛！

其後，足部矯形大師 RIECHE 便會跟據以上步驟所取得的數據為客戶建議度身訂造的步行方案，包括以下任何一項或相應的組合：

A. 全訂製鞋外矯形器解決方案 –

適合足踝需要支援人士，例如：足內翻、足外翻、腳踝問題、半身不遂

B. 訂製鞋墊解決方案 –

i. 全訂製鞋墊(+現成鞋履)

適合患嚴重疼痛和畸形人士，例如：類風濕關節炎，足弓（高弓足）

ii 半訂製鞋墊(+現成鞋履)

適合腳底疼痛人士，例如：雞眼和厚繭。

C. 鞋履後加工解決方案 (選擇性) –

適合關節有問題人士，如腳趾、腳踝、膝蓋、髖關節和長短腳。

Master RIECHE must first carry out the following four steps:

1. Listen to customer needs, check and understand the root cause of customer foot problems

2. Take a customer's footprints for to understand their unique foot shape

3. Carefully observe the soles of the feet, ankles, knees and the dynamics of each joint

4. Check whether the pelvic balance is balanced - foot length problems may cause the back and pelvis to tilt.

It is said that the feet are the foundation and the 2nd heart of the body!

Afterwards, Master RIECHE will recommend a tailor-made Footwear solution plan for the customer based on the data obtained in the above steps, including any of the following or a corresponding combination:

A. Bespoke Orthopaedic Shoe solution –

Suitable for those who need ankle support, such as: pronation, supination, ankle problems, hemiplegia and amputation etc.

B. Custom-made Orthopaedic Shoe Solutions (+ Ready-made shoes) –

C. Bespoke Footbed/Insoles (+ Ready-made shoes)

Suitable for people with severe pain and deformities such as: plantar fasciitis, arches of the feet (high arches)

D. Custom-made Footbed/Insoles (+Ready-made shoes)

Suitable for those with painful soles such as corns and thick calluses.

E. Footwear Modification Solutions (Optional) –

Suitable for people with joint problems such as toes, ankles, knees, hips and long and short feet.
